Microformats – Using What You’ve Got

I was introduced to Microformats a few years ago. It’s a brilliant use of tags that are already in production mixed with a little organization.

To implement, follow this pattern:

<div class="vcard">
<p class="org">Melriks Design Inc.</p>
<p class="adr"><span class="street-address">10259 Church Street</span></p>
<span class="locality">Willis</span>, <span class="region">MI</span> ,
<span class="postal-code">48191</span>
<span class="country-name">USA</span>
<p class="tel">734-347-4068</p>
<p class="tel">Fax: 815-346-5840</p>
<a class="email" href="mailto:webmaster@melriks.com">webmaster@melriks.com</a>

Want to produce a Vcard fast. Use the hCard tool on the Microformats Web site.
